Your photo should meet the following guidelines: 

Your child's face is at least the size of a quarter. 
Your child's face is well-focused. 
Your child's face is not obstructed by any object. 
Your child is not wearing a hat or bow. 
No Polaroid photographs, please.

• Write the child's name, your phone number on the back of the photo and put it in an envelope.
• If there are other people in the photo, make sure to clearly mark who is intended for the personalized product.
